Which documents are required for Property Valuation Certificate (PVC)?

The following documents are required for the property valuation certificate in Pakistan:

1. Valid CNIC of the owner of a property

(Note: In case the owner sponsors someone to get a student /resident visa of a country, then the CNIC of both the sponsors and who applicant for the Visa.)

2. Ownership/Titled Documents (Registry or Fresh Fard Malkiat or Inteqal in case of Land/Plot). Transfer Letter/Allotment Letter provided issuing Authority is a Housing Society, Housing Project, and Authorities like Capital Development Authority (CDA), Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Multan or Muzaffarabad Development Authority or Karachi Development Authority etc.

On getting/having these documents, one can avail the Property valuation certificate in Pakistan.
