Here’s the list of documents required for property valuation certificate (evaluation):

Valid CNIC of the owner of a property/Factory/Vehicles/Machinery etc. In case the owner sponsors someone for getting a student visa/resident visa in a country then he/she may provide the CNIC of the owner as well as the CNIC of who is applying for the Visa.

Ownership/Titled Documents (Registry or Fresh Fard Malkiat or Inteqal in case of Land/Plot). Transfer Letter/Allotment Letter provided issuing Authority is a Housing Society, Housing Project, and Authorities like Capital Development Authority (CDA) or Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Multan or Muzaffarabad Development Authority Karachi Development Authority etc.

In the case of a Vehicle, a vehicle ownership copy is required.
