University Town Islamabad (a Cooperative Housing Society) was initially introduced in the year 1992 but it was officially launched in 2005 after attaining its planning permission and NOCs from the concerned Authorities.

Here’s University Town Islamabad Development Status : (What has been done in each Block)

80% of development in the University Town has been completed, and Blocks A, B & D have been fully developed.

Plots have been handed over to the customers while the development work in other blocks is under process and fast pace. The progress for the remaining blocks is stated as follows:
