Development Status

What is the current status of development works in the scheme?
The answer to this question is:
80% of development works have been completed, and Blocks A, B & D have been fully developed.
The progress of the remaining blocks is as follows:
Block E is 80% developed, with only minor utility works remaining.
Block C of UT is almost 40% developed with ongoing earthwork, and block F is in its initial development stage.

Blocks A, B, & D
The developed blocks are A, B, and D.

The civil works for underground electrification were completed in Blocks A, B, and D.
The UT’s Block E and Block C electrification works are done. In some areas, duct line crossings, gates, and road crossings are in progress.

Blocks E, F, & C
Blocks E, F, and C are still developing. The civil works in Block E are in full swing; the latest machinery is used to plot and level the land.

The possession of plots in A, B & D Blocks is ready to give.
Possession of plots handed over to allottees provided development works have been completed.
