Development Status & Possession
The development works were completed in most of the blocks.
However, some blocks have also been provided possession particularly block B, which comprises 1 Kanal residential plot.
The owners are also rigorously working to provide its residents with all the necessities like water, Electricity, SUI gas etc.
Recently, they confirmed successful water testing in Block D. The vast distribution system comprises 3, 4 & and 6-inch HDPE pipes from 6 water storage tanks of 150,000 gallons capacity each. Further, the developmental success of this project has led Dynast Associates to consider extending blocks, named Block J & H.

They are giving construction incentives before 31st August 2020. If you start construction right away, society will provide the following incentives:
