Most people ask:
Is G-16 an approved Housing Scheme/Society?
The simple answer to this question is: Yes.
In 1984, the project was registered with Circle Registrar Co-operative ICT Islamabad, under the Cooperative Societies Act 1925.
As it is an approved housing project by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), there is no legal obligation on this housing project.
Earlier in 2005, the CDA approved the layout plan. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) was granted in 2020.
MIECHS has bylaws approved by Circle Registrar Co-operative Housing Societies.
All these legal approvals give investors a sense of satisfaction and trustworthiness.

Like many other sectors of CDA, the project has a commercial Markaz, a mosque, green belts, and perfectly divided plots with clear street number allocation.
