The NOC (No Objection Certificate) of MAE has been obtained vide letter No.RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-232/93/2021 dated 06-02-2021.
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) also included its list of approved housing projects and mentioned it on its website.

Prices
Since Pre-launch prices of plots are affordable MAE offers an easy installment plan of 3 years.
Booking, confirmation, and allocation charges are payable initially, the remaining amount is payable in 33 monthly or 5 half-yearly installments.
Possession of plots will be given after 3 years and plot Nos would be allotted on 50% clearance of dues.
The Payment plans for both residential and commercial plots are inclusive of development charges.
Convenient installment plans and reasonable rates enable everyone to buy a plot.

Note: Open files are not allowed as Government of Pakistan (GOP) banned open files.
